This is a legal agreement between you, and ALL IS GOOD LLC hereinafter referred to as “ AIG” the “Company,” or “We” to ensure protection, confidentiality and security of the website’s users.

We know that the privacy of Your personal information is important to You. The personal information You submit to AIG by visiting and using AIG’S websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “sites”), telephone (collectively, the “services”) is governed by this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of the Terms of Use. To the extent there is an inconsistency between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.

This Privacy Policy describes how we use, store, disclosures, and process information that we obtain about You through any of our Sites or using our Services.

AIG collects data to conduct our business and offer solutions to reduce food waste. Personal Data and Other Data is collected to successfully complete these efforts.


1. Data and collected information

The processing of the Users’ personal data is executed under the responsibility of the following data processor (hereinafter referred to as “the Data Processor”):

A. Personal Data About You That You Provide.

“Personal Data” refers to information that can be used, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with other information, to identify you as an individual customer. When You use or access any of our Sites or use our Services, we may ask You to provide us with certain Personal Data, including but not limited to some or all of the following: Your first name, last name, username, email address, telephone number, current mailing addresses, credit or debit cards, payment address, driver’s license number or other government issued identification number (or a copy of Your driver’s license or other government issued identification card), date of birth, time of birth, birth location, and time zone. You may be asked for this information at various times when interacting with our Sites or use our Services, such as when registering to be a Customer of any of our services, when making a purchase through any of our Sites, or when filling out a form or participating in a promotion through our Sites.

B. Personal Data About You collected Via sites, social networks.

When You use or access any of our Sites, we may also collect certain personal data through automated systems, including but not limited to, machine ID, geolocation information, computer and connection information, browser type, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is automatically assigned to Your computer when You use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), and date and time stamps for Your visits. We also may collect any telephone number from which You contact us.

The Data Processor is active on various social networks, such as Twitter and Facebook. Therefore, the Data Processor is likely to process the data made public on the social network accounts that share, subscribe, follow or contact the Data Processor through such Websites.

Furthermore, it is possible for the User to interact by clicking on buttons representing third-party websites and applications, and, for instance, to share some of the Websites’ content on social networks through the “Share” buttons set on the Platform.

The User accepts that the effect of this action is to transfer information to third-party websites concerned, and that he/she/they are responsible for the contractual links with such websites (profile, privacy settings). The Data Processor shall not be responsible for the User’s public data that are accessible through such networks and Websites. The User is thus advised to carefully read the privacy policies in force on such Websites in order to configure his/her/their privacy settings.

“Other Data” refers to anonymous, collective, anonymized or non-identity information that does not reveal your identity in any way. These include browsers and operating systems, time spent using our Services, and web pages visited. We collect and use this information to understand how you and all of our Customers use our Services and to continuously adjust, improve, innovate and develop products and services that meet the needs of our Customers. We also collect responses from Trusted Payment Service Providers when you make purchases on the Platform. We do not collect any credit card information. Depending on the payment method, this may include a login ID that is sent to the Payment Services Provider. In order to make purchases through the AIG app, we ask you to provide us with certain financial data (e.g. your name

PayPal user number or credit card number) to make payments easier to process.

The Payment Services Provider needs to collect payment data (credit card number) as it is necessary to carry out the contract with you and to comply with existing law (such as rules to combat money laundering). Without this collection you will not be able to use the AIG Platform. AIG will only charge a token amount for the processing of your payment.

When you use a mobile device, we collect and use your Apple Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) and Google Advertising ID (AAID) to recognize your device and authorize activities related to our Services. These numerical values are not permanently linked to your device and, depending on your operating system, you can reset them in your device’s settings.

C. Creating Account

When you create an account with us, you have the choice of receiving ads about us as well as our products and services by email and/or notifications. If you consent to these communications, we may use your Personal Character and Other Data Data to contact you about the AIG products or services you have purchased or used and to inform you of other products, promotions and services that may be of interest to you. You can change your communication preferences at any time on apps.

We will be able to use your Personal Data to respond to your requests for technical support, online services, product information or any other communication you have initiated. This includes access to your account in case of requests for technical support.

In addition, at your request, we will use your Personal Character Data to register for contests, programs or offers. We will also be able to use your Personal Character Data to inform you of promotions and other special offers.

Please note that regardless of your email and notification settings, we may send you notifications regarding the execution of our Services, such as changes to our Terms or Privacy Policy or other formal communications related to products or services you have purchased or are using. These notifications also include emails, notifications and text messages in case one or more of your purchases are cancelled by a store. We do this to prevent you from going to a store to buy food that is no longer in stock in that store.

D. Advertising and Marketing Adaptation

We use Personal Character Data and Other Data to facilitate our advertising and marketing campaigns, to provide you with information about products and services that we think may be of interest to you.

Since you have given us your consent, we will be able to send you promotional messages, marketing offers, advertisements and other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences and social media ads through Social Network Platforms. This includes contests and other promotional activities. You will always have the option to ask AIG not to send you promotional material or information.

We will process your Personal Character Data for the purposes described above because of our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities to provide you with products that may be of interest to you.

E. Processing Purposes

AIG may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes:

– To confirm Your identity;

– To administer Your account on any of our Sites;

– To administer Your Registration;

– To respond to your inquiries, fulfill orders, and contact and communicate with you when necessary;

– To contact you with information, newsletters, and promotional or other marketing materials offering products or services from AIG or on behalf of our partners, affiliates, or subsidiaries that we think you may be interested in;

– To address problems with the Sites or Services or our business;

– To contact You regarding customer service;

– To inform You of changes made to our Sites or Services;

– To enforce our Sites’ policies and terms of service, and investigate potential violations of such policies or terms;

– To protect the security or integrity of the Sites and our business;

– As otherwise described to you at the point of personal data collection; and

– To use and disclose your credit/debit card or payment account information only to process payments and prevent fraud.

  1. Profiling

The Data Processor does not carry out any profiling activity through the data collected under these terms.

  1. Personal Data Recipient

The Data Processor passes the collected data on to the technical service providers in charge of the maintenance and of the hosting of his IT system and of the Platform as well as on to the service providers in charge of the marketing department, sales department, legal assistance, legal department, accounts department, on to those in charge of the management of the relationship with the User, and on to the potential subcontractors, only for the above-mentioned purposes and to the extent necessary for the performance of the tasks granted to them.

Such recipients are allowed to directly contact the User through the information he/she/they have given.

The Data Processor demands that such recipients use the Users’ personal data only to perform the duties they are in charge of and in accordance with the applicable laws and rules in force for personal data protection.

When required, the User’s personal data may be passed on to legally authorized third parties (especially at an express and legitimate demand from judiciary authorities).

Likewise, if the Data Processor is involved in a merger, an acquisition, an asset sales or insolvency proceedings, he may have to cede or share all or part of his assets, including the User’s personal data. In such case, the User will be informed before any transfer of his/her/their personal data to a third party.

The Data Processor promises not to pass on any of the Users’ personal data for market research purposes.

  1. User’s Personal Data Protection

The Data Processor implements organizational, technical, software and physical measures related to digital security in order to protect the User’s personal data from alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it is worth emphasizing that the Internet is not an entirely safe environment and that the Data Processor cannot guarantee the safety of the transmission or storage of the User’s data on the Internet.

  1. Storage Life

The data is stored in accordance with the law for a time justified by the purpose of its processing and, at all events, for a legally defined storage time.

If you no longer want us to use your data to make the AIG Platform available to you, you can ask us to delete your Personal Data and close your Account.

Please note the following should you request that your Personal Data be erased:

We will be able to retain some of your Personal Data as long as it serves our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and improved security.

We will be able to keep your Personal Data in order to meet any and all legal obligations.

For example: AIG may keep some of your data for tax, judicial and audit purposes.

The data you have shared with others (e.g. comments may remain visible on the AIG Platform, even after your Account has been deleted). In addition, some copies of your data (e.g. login information) may remain in our database but are separated from personal identifiers.

As we maintain the AIG Platform to protect it from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your Personal Data may be stored on our backup systems for a period of time.

  1. User’s Rights

The Data Processor shall clearly and fully inform the User of his/her/their rights. In the event of further interrogations from the User, the Data Processor’s dedicated service remains available to advise the User and provide him/her/their with all useful information so he/she/they can keep his/her/their rights.

The User has:

  • The right to access his/her/their data: the User can have confirmation that his/her/their data are being processed or not, as well as a copy of his/her/their data and of the information related to the specificities of the processing made by the Data Processor for his/her/their data;
  • The right to correct his/her/their inaccurate information and his/her/their incomplete data.
  • The right to erase data that are no longer necessary for the processing, the right to withdraw his/her/their consent for the processing, the right to contest the processing of his/her/their data when no legitimate nor imperious reason can justify such processing, the right to contest market research;
  • The right to limit the processing in the case of inaccurate data during the checking period, or when such data remain necessary only for the exercise of a legal right.
  • The right for data portability, in order to ask for the transmission of the provided data to another manager with his/her/their consent or in the event of the contract conclusion.
  • The right not to be subject to a decision exclusively based on an automated processing and that may have significant legal effects upon him/her/their.
  • The right to define instructions related to the use of his/her/their data after his/her/their death.

The User can have his/her/their rights enforced at any time by contacting the Data Processor:

  1. Cookies

The operational browsing on the Platform necessarily requires the use of cookies, i.e. mini software that are made for “tracking”, that are implanted in the User’s terminal and through which the Data Processor can access standard connection information. Cookies may be used in multiple ways: to save your ID, the current content of your shopping basket, an ID through which your browsing can be saved for statistical or functional purposes, etc.

All the information gathered shall be used only to track the volume, the type and the setup of the traffic using this Website, in order to develop its conception as well as the layout of the Platform and, more broadly, to improve the service provided by the Data Processor.

You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on Your browser which allows You to refuse the setting of cookies. If You select this setting You may be unable to access certain parts of our Sites. Unless You have adjusted Your browser settings so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when You access our Sites. If You use different devices to view and access our Sites (for example, Your computer, smart phone, tablet etc.) You will need to ensure that each browser on each device is adjusted to suit Your cookie preferences.

If You disable the cookies that we use this may impact Your experience while on our Sites.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that any information collected about You, whether during transmission or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others who do not have Your authorization. Any such transmission or sharing is done at Your own risk.

8. Age Limit

Our Sites are not directed to individuals under 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use or register for this platform or provide any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are a parent of an individual under 18 and believe your child has provided personal information to us, or if you are a California resident under the age of 18 and wish to remove content you have made publicly available, please contact us , where you may request to exercise your applicable access, rectification, cancellation, and/or objection rights. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any member account and delete his or her information if it believes the member is under the age of 18. 

If You learn that your child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without Your consent, please contact us. We will delete that data from our systems.

You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of Florida, without reference to the choice of law or conflicts of law principles thereof, and will be subject to the terms and limitations of our Terms of Use or any other agreement we may have with You.

9. Information Security

AIG implements commercially reasonable security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Except for the sharing of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we restrict access to personal information to certain companies who may need to know that information in order to provide, operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals or partner organizations are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, and despite our efforts, AIG cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online products or services.   1. How You Can Manage the Collection of Non-Personal Data

Third party advertising companies may collect data about your visit to our Sites and others to provide you more relevant advertising here and elsewhere on the Internet. This type of advertising is known as “Online Behavioral Advertising.” You can stop this collection and use of data for these purposes by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) by visiting the “Opt Out From Online Behavioral Advertising” website. By opting out, the ads you see may be less relevant, and you may still continue to see other non-targeted advertisements on our Sites and elsewhere.

Certain areas of the Sites may require the use of a user ID, email address, or password as an additional security measure that helps protect your information. To help you protect your privacy, AIG Sites have tools to help you log in and log out.

  1. Linking to Other Internet Sites

You should be aware that other Internet sites that are linked from the Sites or from an AIG’s email message may contain privacy provisions that differ from the provisions of this Privacy Policy. To ensure your privacy is protected, we recommend that you review the privacy statements of these other linked sites, applications, or other digital platforms.

  1. Business Transfer

If AIG realizes or is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, then we may transfer or share all or part of our assets, including your Personal Character Data related to this transaction or in anticipation of this transaction (e.g. :p pre-verification agreement). In this case, we will notify you in advance of the transfer of this Personal Data, which will then be the subject of another Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

As AIG, its membership, products and services change from time to time, this Privacy Policy is expected to change as well. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason.
